To return free tickets, go to https://sfsugrad.universitytickets.com/w/ and log into your account.
In the upper right corner, click your name to open the dropdown menu
Click Your Orders, and you should arrive at a page like this:
Select the order you are trying to return by clicking the View button
There will be a list of tickets from that order, and a red button saying return for each one. When clicking return, a menu requesting for confirmation will appear. Click Return in the bottom left to confirm.
Repeat for each ticket you are trying to return. Be sure to hold onto tickets you do not want to return.
Please note, we do not process returns for paid ticket events.
