When purchasing multiple tickets for a group of people, there may be some confusion when trying to distribute everyone's ticket. These instructions aim to clarify the steps needed to distribute purchased tickets to all members of a party.


1) On the SFSU Creative Arts Ticketing website, https://sfsu.universitytickets.com/, log into the account you purchased your tickets through by clicking "Log In/Register" in the upper right hand corner.



2) Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right hand corner, and a menu should open up, select "Your Orders," under this dropdown menu:




3) The page that opens should look like this:

Select the order that contains the tickets to be distributed by clicking View.

If for some reason no orders appear, your ticket order may not have gone through.


4) Be sure you have purchased the correct number of tickets. In our example, one person has purchased tickets for a group of five people. You should see the following page:


5) On this same page, you will be prompted with two green buttons. 



5a) The first button, labeled "Send All Mobile Tickets," will open the following window:


This window has a field for you to input your phone number and have all of your party's mobile tickets sent to one person. Upon receiving your tickets via text message, you can distribute them any way you'd like. Screenshots of mobile tickets are acceptable for entry.

5b) The second button, labelled "Download All PDF E-Tickets," downloads all of your party's tickets as a single PDF file to your device. This method is easier if you would prefer to print your tickets out. The PDF can also be sent to party members.

Depending on what is most convenient, it may be easier for one person to hold all 5 tickets and enter together as a group, or distribute them out between each person. Clicking either of these buttons will send all tickets purchased to one person, and you can distribute the tickets amongst yourselves.


3) If you would rather individually distribute tickets between members of the group directly from our website, please click the button with the cell phone on it. For your convenience, the button is highlighted in the picture below: 



Upon clicking the highlighted button, you will be prompted with this window:

After inputting the phone number of the ticket recipient, a single mobile ticket will be sent directly to them. Be sure to repeat this process for every ticket that needs to be distributed, using each recipient's phone number.                                               


Alternatively, you can click this icon to download an individual ticket PDF that can either be printed or distributed online to its recipient. 

Be sure to repeat this process for every ticket that needs to be distributed.



Please note, each ticket can only be scanned once.


If you, for any reason, are unable to access or distribute your tickets, please come to the LCA Box Office on the day of your show and we will be happy to assist you! Your ticket can be printed here with us or your last name can be used to search and manually scan your ticket for entry.
